How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Uni Up Pro → Cancel.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full Pro access at no charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid (€4.99/mo or €39.99/yr).

Why can't I share a shopping list?

Sharing requires Pro. Both creating new lists and inviting others are Pro features. Tap "Try Pro" on the paywall to start a 7-day free trial.

Why does AI parsing ask for an API key?

The current version uses your own DeepSeek API key for AI features (receipt parsing, voice). You can get a key at platform.deepseek.com. A future update will offer a turnkey AI option as part of Pro.

My data isn't syncing between iPhones

Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID and that iCloud is enabled for Uni Up under iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → Reset Database → Hard Reset. This deletes all local records and removes SwiftData files. Reopen the app to start fresh.
